Refund Policy

Physical Products:
Do to the nature of medical products, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds on any purchase once they have been shipped.

Any refunds for orders cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, to cover materials and payment processing fees that do not get refunded to the merchant when an order is cancelled.

Training & Services:
Training courses and services are non-refundable. Accommodations can be made for extenuating circumstances, when arrangements are discussed prior to registration, and under limited exceptions. Any refunds granted under these allowances will be subject to a 5% processing fee, to cover payment processing fees that do not get refunded to the merchant when an order is cancelled
Course credits will be offered when there is an active waitlist for the registered course. It will remain valid for 12 months from the registered course date, and can be used for any training of equal value or equal “level”.

Prerequisites:
If you do not meet the prerequisite requirements for a registered course, you will be provided a credit for the next scheduled course at your appropriate level of training. It is your responsibility to accommodate the scheduled course. Should any refund become necessary, it will be subject to a 10% processing fee, to cover payment processing fees that do not get refunded to the merchant when an order is cancelled, and time spent processing your registration for vetting, etc.
Please ensure to properly read the prereqs for each course, and only register for courses at your current level of training. Crawl, Walk, Run.

Registering for CQB with no prior dynamic shooting or team shooting training just doesn’t work.
