With a background in the Canadian Army Infantry spanning 8 years, DJ brings a wealth of tactical knowledge and formal training in handgun, carbine, and small team tactics.
His experience includes training under instructors with military, law enforcement, and Tier 1 backgrounds, providing a solid foundation for his instructional approach. Additionally, DJ's certification as an Emergency Medical Responder and Stop the Bleed Instructor underscores his commitment to safety and preparedness.
JM
JM's professional journey includes an impressive 17-year career in the Canadian Armed Forces infantry, including tours in Afghanistan, close protection for UHNWIs, and security operations worldwide.
With qualifications and real world experience in TCCC, close protection, and small arms armourer, JM brings a wide spectrum of expertise to the table.
PJ
PJ brings a unique blend of civilian shooting experience and a background in transportation with a focus on heavy equipment and sensitive cargo. His exposure to federal counter-terrorism courses adds depth to his expertise.
With a specialization in pistol red dot shooting and adept verbal communication skills, PJ ensures his students grasp the fundamentals effectively.
JH
With 8 years in the US Marine Corps, including tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, JH brings extensive tactical experience. He's also a competitive shooter and trained in medical fields like EMR and wilderness first aid.
Currently, JH serves as a flight medic and is a gun smith at a local gun shop. Specializing in reconnaissance, evasion training, and long-range precision shooting, JH's expertise is vital for tactical operations and wilderness survival.
JP
As a seasoned civilian shooter and assistant instructor, JP combines his shooting prowess with day to day experience in carpentry and building restoration, with substantial experience with police and ERT-related scenes.
His expertise in pistol shooting fundamentals and gear adjustments ensures his students are equipped with both the knowledge and the tools necessary for success.
RL
RL's diverse background encompasses roles in law enforcement, loss prevention, security, and even missionary work across 14 countries. Within his Agency, RL holds instructor qualifications on shotgun and carbine platforms. His outdoor pursuits, including hunting and bushcraft, contribute to a well-rounded skill set.
RL's emphasis on realistic and practical training underscores his belief that true proficiency comes from mastering the basics first.
NZ
Drawing from his military and civilian shooting experience, NZ's expertise spans various domains, including competitive shooting and tactical training.
In NZ’s day to day role as a casino security manager, where he manages high-stakes asset transfers, incident investigations and critical first aid situations, NZ's leadership skills are honed in high-pressure environments. His knowledge extends beyond firearms into areas of nutrition, fitness, and technology.

BD's background in firearms handling, military reserve service, and emergency medical response provides a solid foundation for his instructional approach.
With a day to day occupational focus on hazmat operations and emergency medical situations, BD's professional expertise lies in planning and preparedness in high-stakes environments.
